I hope that someone here will have insight into this one. I'm doing ngondro, tibetan buddhist preliminary practices, which involve a great deal of energetic release simply as a side-effect (now I am doing mantras, generally out loud but sometimes silently). I find that sometimes my breathing goes bad, as in feeling asthmatic or quite faint, in an alarming way...not just a little breathless. I do not have a fulltime teacher available to me, and wonder if others have run into this and have advice...thanks! I'll probably crosspost this to get more insights...oh, and when it happens I use the albuterol inhaler that I have, but I only wind up using it once a year or less until now...I still only use it for seeming emergencies. Paramedics find nothing wrong with me, so that is not so practical to bother them when I feel bad...
