hello! i need some advice concerning osha root.

i'm new to the whole natural medicine way of life, and have just been using extracts and pills. to celebrate my winter cold, I bought osha root in it's natural form, and just realized that I have no idea how to use it.

advice and help is appreciated!

(the sooner the better. my cold is getting really bad.)
