i'm looking for a list of foods and substances that either contain a lot of antioxidants, or have anti-inflammatory properties. can you help?

Most "colorful" fruits and vegetables have plenty of antioxidants, especially red and blue colored ones.

Blueberries are perhaps the number one antioxidants. Other antioxidant-rich foods include pomegranates, cherries, and foods rich in vitamin C (as vitamin C has lots of antioxidant qualities about it).
